As part of our focus on the continual improvement of our systems and processes, we are implementing enhancements to the Assure Portal on 6 December 2022.
- a more detailed self-diagnostic service (SDS) output, comparable with the current email SDS
- a new notification for a major incident that is distinct from a standard case notification
- a new calendar view of upcoming planned outages
- a new notification when a change request is placed on hold.
