Why the change?
The new site has:
- a new look and feel reflecting our new brand
- improved navigation
- enhanced functionality
- updated, more customer-focused content.
Knowledge basket
You can navigate to the Knowledge basket from the home page under Partners.
All existing content has been moved over to the new site and any changes are mostly cosmetic.
We have improved the design of the Knowledge basket and used icons to assist navigation to the following areas:
- Portals
- Products + Technology
- Wholesale agreements
- Special offers
- Technical support
- APIs
- Miscellaneous resources
- Consents.
Your existing bookmarks should be unaffected. If you have not done so already, you may wish to bookmark the following frequently used pages:
Enhanced ‘Address checker’ functionality
You can navigate to the Address checker in three ways:
- the 'Check fibre availability' button
- the top right navigation menu
- the bottom navigation menu.
The Address checker now has clearer information for customers.
