In December we upgraded the speeds on several of our Bitstream 2 Ultra products at no extra charge.

This created a mismatch in the Bitstream 2 Ultra product names and their service speeds (eg Bitstream 2 Ultra 100/20 2.5/2.5 now operates at a speed of 300/100 2.5/2.5).
  
We’ve taken on board feedback that our existing naming convention for the Bitstream services is useful, so we are maintaining that approach.

New product names

The changes to the product names are as follows:

These product name changes are now available in our RSP Support Environment for you to review alongside our other RSP Portal changes. 

The changes will be deployed on 31 July.

Note the order of the new names in the drop-down menu

Please note the product names will now appear in a new order in the drop-down menu within Telflow. This may affect any order automation you are using to select the product.
