We are excited to announce we are making improvements to our Bitstream 3, 3a and 3b product families.
We are:
- introducing new Bitstream 3b 100/100 products
- migrating our legacy Bitstream 3 and 3a products
- boosting our Bitstream 3b high priority starter products from 2.5Mbps to 5Mbps.
What you need to do
As we prepare ourselves to transition our core network from Huawei to Adtran equipment later this year, we are introducing new Bitstream 3b 100/100 plans that will replace our existing legacy Bitstream 3 and 3a services. We will migrate the legacy products to the new improved products as we roll out the Adtran equipment.
The new Bitstream 3b 100/100 products will be available for RSPs to order from the Tuatahi Provisioning Portal from 1 July 2023.
During the rollout of our Adtran core network later this year, we will work with you to support the migration of these legacy services to ensure a smooth transition for your business and your customers.
As part of this restructure of our Bitstream 3b service offerings, we will boost our starter plans from the current 2.5 Mbps to 5 Mbps of high priority bandwidth.
