Building on the success of our recent door-knocking trial we are adapting the campaign for Ngāruawāhia and Te Kowhai.
The campaign will:
- directly engage with the late-adopter residential customers to educate them about the availability and benefits of fibre
- promote free ONT installation
- incentivise connections to fibre.
The offer
Fibre Now
- Free standard residential fibre preinstallation under our Get Fibre Ready terms.
- $400 fibre connection incentive plus one hour of complimentary in-home technical support (for customers who have had a Get Fibre Ready ONT installation directly through Tuatahi within the offer period under our Get Fibre Ready terms).
Fibre Easy
- $200 for reactivation of an inactive ONT (>30 days offnet) plus one hour of complimentary in-home technical support.
