The following types of property are eligible for a Get Fibre Ready fibre installation.

Single dwelling units

A single dwelling unit (single house with a standalone driveway to the road) is eligible for a Get Fibre Ready installation if the external civil work required to install fibre from the road or common driveway to the property is less than 100m.  

If your property already has Tuatahi First Fibre duct installed, it is eligible for a Get Fibre Ready installation without a distance restriction.

Not eligible?

If your property is not eligible for a Get Fibre Ready installation, you will still be able to order fibre through your preferred internet service provider. Rights of way properties and multi dwelling units

Installations under 100m of work over the common property area per premises are eligible for a Get Fibre Ready installation. On a case-by-case basis we may sometimes be able to install fibre at properties where more than 100m of work is required over the common property area per premises – give us a call on 0800 833 622 option 7 for more information.
