Promotion Specific Terms for Go Fibre (the Promotion)
From 20 February to 26 March 2023, place an order for a new fibre connection on our network and receive a $200 Prezzy® Card and complimentary In-home Tech Support!
In addition to our standard terms (which may be found here), these Promotion Specific Terms apply to the Promotion.
‘Eligible Address’ means a residential address which received the Go Fibre Campaign flyer, must have an existing Optical Network Terminal (ONT) installed and must be able to connect to our fibre network. You can check whether your address can connect to our fibre network here. Your Eligible Address must not have an existing fibre broadband connection.
‘In-home Tech Support’ is a session of up to one hour in where a Tuatahi representative will provide you with technical support to help you get your devices connected and running on our network. Our In-home Tech Support Terms and Conditions (which may be found here) apply.
- The Promotion is a limited time offer and commences on 20 February to 26 March 2023 at 23:59 (the Offer Period).
- To receive the Fibre Connection Gift, you must anytime before 26 March 2023, purchase a fibre broadband plan from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that results in a new connection to our fibre network.
- The order must be received by us from your ISP no later than 23:59 on 31 March 2023. You will still be eligible to receive the Fibre Connection Gift if your new fibre connection is completed after this date.
- We will send you the Fibre Connection Gift on completion of your new fibre connection. A fibre connection will be completed when we have activated the layer 2 fibre service at your Eligible Address, which happens after your ISP has placed your order with us.
